That is the challenge ultra-endurance athlete Sean Conway has set himself in an attempt to beat James Lawrence’s record of an Iron Man triathlon a day for 101 days.

Sean has completed a series of amazing challenges that have included swimming the length of Britain and cycling 3,890 miles across Europe in just over 24 days.

Sean is now well into his second attempt to beat James's record, his first attempt came unstuck just seven days in when he came off his bike and seriously damaged his leg.

For those who haven’t complied an Iron Man it’s made up of a 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42.2km run.
