The Explorers Polar Star Martini is created with Explorers Grand Slam Gin inspired by adventurer Sir David Hempleman-Adams
You can make the Explorers Polar Star Martini by mixing 50ml Explorers Grand Slam Gin, 15ml Dry Vermouth, 10ml Elderflower Liqueur, 10ml fresh lemon juice and a dash of orange bitters garnished with a lemon twist and a tiny edible silver star or thyme dusted with icing sugar.
