The Peak Baggers Summit Sparkle is created with Peak Baggers Gin inspired by adventurer Claire Hughes.

You can make the Peak Baggers Summit Sparkle  by mixing 40ml Peak Baggers Gin, 15ml Blueberry Syrup, 10ml fresh lemon juice, topped with Prosecco and garnished with a rosemary sprig, frozen blueberries or cranberries.
