Ocean Row Daiquiri

Day Two of the 12 Cocktails for Christmas created by Dobson and Parnell using the amazing Gins and Rums of the Adventurers Drinks Company.

The Ocean Row Daiquiri is created with Seas the Day Pacific Ocean Rum inspired by Miriam Payne and Jess Rowe , the first duo to row unsupported 8,000 miles across the Pacific Ocean. 

You can make an Ocean Row Daiquiri by mixing 50ml Pacific Rum, 25ml Fresh lime juice, 20ml Demerara sugar syrup, garnished with  with a lime wheel and a pinch of sea salt.
