IndiRow23 with Al Huntly

Exciting news. One of my great friends Al Huntly, one of the crew from my first Atlantic crossing, has within the last few hours, set off on an unsupported row with IndiRow23. Their row will take them from Geraldton, Western Australia, across the Indian Ocean to Mauritius, in doing so raising awareness for Parkinson's Disease.
The total distance is approximately 3,800 nautical miles, and will take around 70 days to complete, only 60 people have successfully rowed across the Indian Ocean.
Over the summer this will be a great expedition to follow and the relevant link is https://www.ior23.com/blog/archive/2023/05
Its also a great cause to make a donation to, which you can do on the following link to their JustGiving page here
