Northwest Passage Arctic Bramble

Day Six of the 12 Cocktails for Christmas created by Dobson and Parnell using the amazing Gins and Rums of the Adventurers Drinks Company.

The Arctic Bramble is created with Northwest Passage Arctic Explorers Gin inspired by arctic explorers Mark Agnew and Davie Fleet.

You can make an Arctic Bramble by mixing 50ml Northwest Passage Arctic Explorers Gin, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml simple syrup, 15ml creme de mure (drizzled), garnished with fresh black berries and a sprig of thyme, lightly dusted with icing sugar.
