In the true spirit of Christmas, we have teamed up with Dobson and Parnell to bring you 12 Days of Cocktails.
Dobson and Parnell have created 12 amazing cocktails for us, the Adventurers Drinks Company, using our Everest, Rowers, Peak Baggers, Explorers Grand Slam and Northwest Passage Arctic Explorers Gin’s, as well as our Seas the Day Pacific Ocean and Keel Over Sailors Rum’s.

12 Adventurous Cocktails for Christmas
1. Himalayan Snow Negroni
Spirit: Everest Gin
Ingredients: 25ml Everest Gin, 25ml Campari, 25ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: Dehydrated orange wheel + rosemary sprig
Tagline: “Start your Christmas adventure at the top of the world”
2. Ocean Row Daiquiri
Spirit: Pacific Rum
Ingredients: 50ml Pacific Rum, 25ml Fresh lime juice, 20ml Demerara sugar syrup
Garnish: Lime wheel + pinch of sea salt
Tagline: “Row, row, row your daiquiri-a Pacific adventure in a glass.”
3. Alpine Fizz
Spirit: Everest Gin
Ingredients: 35ml Everest Gin, 15ml Elderflower liqueur, Top with Prosecco
Garnish: Lemon twist + edible silver glitter rim
Tagline: “A sparkling toast from the summit”
4. Seas the Day Spiced Punch
Spirit: Pacific Rum
Ingredients: 50ml Pacific Rum, 20ml Orange juice, 15ml Cranberry juice, 10ml Ginger syrup
Garnish: Orange wedge + cranberries
Tagline: ““Raise your glass to festive voyages and warmer seas”
5. Polar Espresso Martini
Spirit: Arctic Explorer Gin
Ingredients: 50ml Arctic Explorer Gin, 20ml Coffee liqueur, 50ml Fresh espresso
Garnish: 3 coffee beans + cocoa dust
Tagline: “Warming, bold, and ready for polar adventures”
6. Arctic Bramble
Spirit: Arctic Explorer Gin
Ingredients: 50ml Arctic Explorer Gin, 20ml Fresh lemon juice, 15ml Simple syrup, 15ml Crème de mure, (drizzled)
Garnish: Fresh blackberries + sprig of thyme lightly dusted with icing sugar

7. Festive Rose G&T
Spirit: Rowers Small Batch Gin
Ingredients: 50ml Rowers Gin, 15ml Rose syrup, Top with Indian Tonic Water
Garnish: Dried rose petals + pink grapefruit twist

Spirit: Explorers Grand Slam Gin
Ingredients: 50ml Explorers Grand Slam Gin, 15ml Dry Vermouth, 10ml Elderflower liqueur, 10ml Lemon juice, Dash orange bitters
Garnish: Lemon twist + tiny edible silver star or thyme dusted with icing sugar

10. The Grand Slam Sleigh Ride
Spirit: Explorers Grand Slam Gin
Ingredients: 25ml Explorers Grand Slam Gin, 25ml Triple Sec, 20ml Cinnamon-honey syrup, 20ml Lemon juice, Top with soda water
Garnish: Dehydrated orange wheel + bay leaf + pomegranate seeds

Spirit: Peak Baggers Gin
Ingredients: 40ml Peak Baggers Gin, 15ml Blueberry syrup, 10ml Lemon juice, Top with Prosecco

12. Fireside Peak Hot Toddy
Spirit: Keel Over Sailors Rum
Ingredients: 35ml Sailors Rum, 1 tsp Honey, 100ml Hot water
